Property is right in the town centre, super close to restaurant and cafes. 5 min walk to bus stops if you're going to Portofino. 10 min walk from the train station. The staff were super helpful

Room spacious and clean.
Aircon worked after we played around with batteries 2nd night, 1st night fine. Some difficulties using keys for entry, but managed after a couple of minutes.

Excellent location ! It is only a 3 minute walk to the main dining and shopping streets. The harbor is at the most a five minute walk from where you can catch a ferry to Portofino, Rapello , Cinque Terre- beautiful. The bed is firm and the aircon works well. There are windows that open but our room looked over a car park and yard. The hostess allowed us to store our luggage at 9 am which was very kind and allowed us to leave the vehicle with peace of mind. It was also 35degrees and we had wine with us so being able to store prior was excellent. Check in was from 11.30 am, another bonus if you need it. We could park directly in front of hotel to unload luggage. Parking is in the surrounding streets. The shower is a reasonable size. The mini fridge was sufficient.
We did hear the other guests coming and going, sound proofing is not great. It didn’t bother us but may disturb others. There was a coffee machine but only two pods, a kettle would be nice as would glasses and cups rather than the paper and plastic variety. It was not a big deal for one night but maybe an inconvenience if you are staying longer.

Location good
Parking is an issue we had to wait for a spot to become free on street. Had to use 3 different keys to get back into the property at night. Room nice and clean but very basic
