Upper 4 Bedroom 4 Bath duplex with a large deck next to the Balboa Pier is a great location for shopping, restaurants, Balboa fun zone, and ferry to Balboa island. This spacious upper unit with cathedral ceilings unit has a lot to offer. Once you park the car, you won’t have to move it! The home has 4 bedrooms the master suite in the rear has a king bed has tiled en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. Two middle bedrooms have both a twin and a double bed and the other a queen. The size and location of the property is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed being in the space and looking at the view from the huge windows. I am familiar with the rentals in the area and for the price feel like this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Would DEFINITELY rent it again

Love the vaulted ceiling and overlooking the beach. The place itself is a little outdated and the rooms were all pretty small. Definitely could use better mattresses/pillows/betting to make it more comfortable stay. But overall we had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Very close to everything you need;Food, Bars, Family Entertainment, and Beach! Yes, the parking lot is in front of the unit, but we were never home to notice. Loved how the beach and firepits were steps away. The greatest thing of this rental is the outdoor shower! All appliances worked great. We had no complaints and would stay here again.

We loved this place! Great location. Parking is an issue, but that's normal for a location like this. The garage is a tight squeeze. It's a two-car garage that you share with the lower half of the house. We could not get our van in, since our "neighbors" already had their small SUV in the garage. We may come back!

Everything was great. This was our second stay here. House is in a great location for all of the activities Balboa has. The house was clean and big enough for 3 small families. It's great.

We really enjoyed our stay the views are beautiful BUT we had to make the beds, didn’t have propane for the BBQ. Also, for a beach house there was no beach chairs, beach toys and towels.

An amazing property! Location was phenomenal, home was super clean and accommodating, and my wife and our five children had the vacation that we will never forget! We loved the long layout of the home and how we were able to totally spread out, and the views of the beach at sunset/sunrise were amazing. We walked all around Balboa peninsula from the Fun Zone to the pier, and the kids loved the playground at the base of the pier. We will definitely be returning!
