Good location within a short drive of the main Newport Beach peninsular. The free Newport beach weekend trolley stops out the back of the hotel so we used that over the weekend. Plenty of parking at the hotel and reasonable price. Staff were really friendly and the reception area was bright and airy. Good price for the location especially if like us we were only in the room to sleep and shower as so much to do out and about.
It could do with a bit of updating, carpets etc.

Bathroom is outdated . Accident prone because water leaks in the floor , shower curtain is not good enough to stop water from.leaking
