About this cottage rental

Enjoy our spacious 320 square-foot dreamy guesthouse behind our home. The guest house has vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, quartz countertops in the kitchen, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a few other lux items, lighting with dimmers, lush carpet, and cozy bedding. We are just minutes away from downtown Franklin with lots of shopping and great restaurants! But you feel like you’re in the country with our horses and rural setting .

My wife and I came in town for our nephew’s wedding. The place was great and perfect for us. Great communication with the hosts and very convenient to get to Nashville. We really enjoyed our stay and hosts were very accommodating including mailing back a watch that we forgot.

Adorable cottage (tiny home) on beautiful horse farm. Beautifully decorated & well stocked. We enjoyed our too quick of a stay! We love Franklin and its southern hospitality!
