About this house rental
Great ocean-front location with ocean view to the north, El Yunque rain forest to the south, sunrise to the east and sunset to the west, 15 min. walk to the famed Luquillo kiosks to the east of the bldg. Ocean waves lull you to sleep as you enjoy the hammock on the balcony. Apartment on the second floor of the building, east side. AC in the bedrooms. Car rental a must. No direct beach access. Enter through the property to the west or a 5 min walk west thru the basketball court.

Located right on the ocean with a narrow sandy shoreline walk along the beach (plenty of small shells to look at). Good Kitchen supplies and condiments like spices, napkins, paper towels, plenty of silverware, dishes, washer/dryer, variety of books, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, towels. Having free parking is great! AC unit in King bedroom broke down prior to our arrival but owner able to get it repaired by next day in late afternoon, which was great and amazing to get that done so last minute in relaxed paced PR. We slept in the Queen bedroom our first night that had the AC since it was just the 2 of us. There are 2 AC units for whole place and once you have them both running, life is cool and comfortable. Helps to use the fan to blow cool air from bedroom into family room. This place is ideal for young families or surfers to crash and refuel. It’s great for those who are more relaxed and good with casual furniture and not looking for posh/high end accommodations (the metal framed couch with thin pad is not very comfy, same thing with the TV chairs, dinner table chairs are plastic patio chairs) but hopefully your spending time outdoors exploring the beauty of this island. Bed mattresses have a thick foam covering, so if u like super soft, you’ll love it. Owner was very sweet and attentive to our AC needs and got it done! She’s a good lady!

Amazing waterfront condo. Private beach experience with a small beach right next door, plus larger beaches within walking distance. Enjoyed watching sunrise over the water from the balcony. Perfect spot for my family vacation. Well stocked eso with toiletries and essential kitchen items.

This unit was very nicely laid out and updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with lots of essentials. The view from the big balcony was amazing.
