The vacation home has WLA and insect screens in front of the windows. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The vacation home includes: furnished terrace with barbecue, 1 bicycle (free of charge), 1 rowing boat (free of charge). Next to Templin, Lychen is the most attractive vacation resort in the Uckermark. Due to the abundance of forests and lakes in the sparsely populated area, all conditions for a relaxing nature vacation are given. Directly around the town of Lychen there is an interconnected lake area with a total of seven lakes, providing the best conditions for swimming, fishing and water sports. The town has a well-developed tourist infrastructure with various shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, boat and bicycle hire, raft trips, carriage rides/horse riding, trolley rides and much more. There are also regular festive events in the town during the high season. A highway connection can be reached in about 60 km. The nearest train station is in Fürstenberg (approx. 12 km away).
