With a ground floor and three floors above, along with two external parking spaces, Villa Bacana seamlessly combines luxury and comfort. Featuring 9 spacious bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, wine cellar, sauna, and gym, this villa is meticulously designed down to the finest details. All floors are connected by an elevator, providing convenience and easy access to all parts of the villa. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The second floor houses five bedrooms, the third is equipped with a gym and sauna, while the last floor consists of four bedrooms. The villa's highlight is the private seasonal outdoor heated pool with 20 sun loungers, perfect for refreshing at any time of day or night. On the ground floor, there is another fully equipped kitchen with a wine refrigerator, a game room with table tennis, a PlayStation console, and much more.
