The luxurious Palm Bay 1 & 2 complex is nestled in the quaint village of Ražanj, just a stone's throw away from the renowned tourist town of Rogoznica. Comprising two exquisite villas, this idyllic retreat sits a mere 20 meters from the pristine waters of the Adriatic Sea, offering an ideal haven for larger groups seeking respite. Step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, relinquish the stress, and indulge in a flawless vacation with your loved ones. Crafted in 2022, the villas showcase a contemporary and modern architectural style, accommodating a maximum of 18 guests. The lodging features 9 bedrooms, encompassing 8 double beds (160x200) and a single bed (90x200) in one room and one sofa bed (90x200). With 6 bathrooms boasting shower cabins and 2 additional toilets, the complex provides ample space, boasting 659 m2 of living area within a total property expanse of 900 m2. Each villa boasts a stylish living room, complete with a comfortable couch, coffee table, and TV, accompanied by a dining room featuring an elegant dining table. The fully equipped kitchen allows for effortless meal preparation for family and friends, while an outdoor terrace beckons for relaxation. Villa Palm Bay 1 boasts a 28 m2 heated pool (1.45 meters deep), complemented by 6 inviting deckchairs for undisturbed repose. An outdoor grill, suitable for wood or charcoal, graces the terrace, providing an exquisite setting for al fresco dining. Refresh yourself in the pool during the evening, surrounded by your cherished ones. Similarly, Villa Palm Bay 2 features a 28 m2 heated pool (1.45 meters deep), accompanied by 6 sunbathing deckchairs and an outdoor covered dining table. An outdoor wood or charcoal grill completes the inviting ambiance. The fenced yard of Villa Palm Bay 1 offers 4 private parking spaces, with an additional 2 outside the yard. Villa Palm Bay 2 provides 2 private parking spaces within the yard and 2 more outside. Boating enthusiasts will find a dedicated mooring spot with a sea depth of 7 meters for their convenience. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and 4 stand-up paddleboards, two of which can be used as a kayak. During the summer, a water taxi is at your disposal, reaching the vibrant tourist hub of Rogoznica in just 15 minutes, boasting excellent restaurants and a charming promenade. Ražanj, surrounded by untouched nature, is an ideal locale for a serene family vacation. For livelier experiences, head to Rogoznica for summer parties or the popular discotheque "Aurora" in Primošten for all-night entertainment. Sports and recreation enthusiasts can revel in activities like fishing, diving, cycling, various water sports, and more. Immerse yourself in the allure of this complex and relish in quiet luxury! Villa Palm Bay 1 & Villa Palm Bay 2 are also available for separate rentals. Important Notes: Reservations are not accepted from individuals under the age of 21. We retain the right to decline reservations that do not meet this criterion. Additionally, the house rules strictly prohibit parties or events, as well as smoking.
