Breville Espresso Machine and a Keurig Bedding and Towel Linen Service Beach Gear: Chairs, Shibumi, Umbrella, Towels Provided Just built in 2023, this beautifully decorated home has every amenity you could want - multiple decks with ocean views, steps to the beach, and pet friendly with outdoor pet spa washing station. "West Nest" will provide a luxury vacation with a lasting exceptional experience. “A perfect seaside getaway with ocean views and steps to the pristine south beach, this designer decorated home will wow you from the minute you enter. The reverse floor plan gives you water views all day long from the wide expanse of windows with sunlight streaming in on all sides. The great room boasts the most comfortable seating that will deliver you immediately to "BHI Turtle Time" The lower level gathering room provides a second kid and family friendly space. The first floor features a spacious gathering space for some quiet time or family game and puzzle night as well as five large sun-filled bedrooms, all with luxurious beds. The bunk room has Extra Long Beds so even the grown "kids" or adults will sleep comfortably. The gourmet kitchen could win the Best on Island Award with the attention to detail one rarely finds in a vacation home. Fully stocked - just bring your food - you will find the chef in you group will be inspired to create great meals. An XL center island with beautiful marble countertops for meal prep and entertaining, high end stainless-steel appliances, ice maker and beverage center/wet bar and a nearby dining table for 12 sets the scene for great entertaining and family memories. Right outside on the deck, a gas grill is available for your use. The open floor plan all leads to the expansive wrap around front deck for dining outdoors or to take in the sun and sea - there is ample room for reading, relaxing, cocktail hours or just gazing at the rolling surf from all new comfortable porch furniture. This is sure to become the favorite spot for early morning coffee, and for watching the ocean with a toast to the day enjoyed. Families and friends can relax here in comfort and style in this ideally located island home just a few blocks away from the BHI Club. There are two golf carts - a six passenger and a four passenger- for your use in exploring this beautiful island. Bring the fur family member as well and treat him/her to the outdoor dog washing spa station. The owners will see that all your needs are accommodated and that your time spent in this home will be memorable. Our fulltime, on island home manager will go the extra mile to help guests feel special and welcome. Spend a week or more at “West Nest" and we are quite sure we will see you again and again as you make this your home away from home. *Club membership is optional and subject to availability. The costs are separate and not included with the rental of the home. *Homes with fireplaces are likely deactivated for the safety of the home and its guests. *There may be security cameras covering the exterior of the home for the safety of the home and its guests. *We cannot guarantee the condition or availability of any bikes that may come with the home.
