More of a night owl? Fire up the grill in the downstairs common area; a spacious and comfortable beach front terrace, and enjoy the sound of the waves while you star gaze from our adirondack chairs.

The Owl (Buho) apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a twin bed, with a mountain view. There is a single sofabed and comfortable queen sized sofabed in the living room/kitchen.

The bathroom is spacious and cheerful, and you can see the ocean from the hot shower.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped; pots and pans, plates, cutlery, an induction stove, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a fridge.

The balcony gets sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon; a great place to people watch as you have a wide view; mountains to your left, caddy corner shop comings and goings and beach access in front, and sunbathers (or pelicans) and beach to the right.

There is sattelite wifi (Starlink), and the smart TV has Sky programming and internet (so you can watch Youtube or sign into any of your own accounts). Maximum occupancy; 6 people. Extra person cost per night; $500 pesos. No pets allowed.
