Our incredible ocean front home is more like a private mini-resort, perfect for 4 couples or a large family. Enjoy our beautiful tropical flavored Casa, with is spacious outdoor living area, large swimming pool, jacuzzi, Tiki Bar & outdoor kitchen, surrounded by bamboo, palm trees, lawn and flowers. This unique 4 bedroom and 4 bath home is ready to move right in. You will find everything you need and ready for your enjoyment. The huge Palapa great room features floor to ceiling hand painted tropical murals, comfortable sectional seating with matching recliners and entertainment center all open to the large modern kitchen featuring a Viking gas range, dish washer, double wide refrigerator and pull-out freezer with ice-maker and a reverse osmosis drinking water system. Our very private gated yard has ample parking available.

CASA MARGARITAVILLE is a one of a kind spacious home, located on the quiet side of Bahia San Carlos in a very private, safe and secure waterfront location close to the best beaches, both marinas, several restaurants, cantinas, grocery stores and shopping. We often think about going out to a fancy hotel, with beautiful palm trees, tropical grounds, spacious pool and Tiki Bar.... then we say, "Let's stay home at Casa Margaritaville, where we have it all right here."

The recently remodeled casa and pool-side casita is on a spacious double size lot with extensive outdoor living space. We can easily sleep 4 couples in King and Queen beds, or accommodate single friends or family members. Two of the King bedrooms can be converted to twin beds to accommodate your family or single guests. There is also a queen size Sofa Bed in the Palapa Grande. The large heated pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar and outdoor kitchen are surrounded by a virtual botanical garden which would rival any beach resort in Mexico. Towering palms, bamboo, flowering plants and fruit trees creating a natural privacy that you will not find anywhere else in San Carlos. Casa Margarita is perfect for family vacations, a couples get away or special family occasions.

Guest space is all on one level, including 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each with a shower and decorated in a tropical theme. The outdoor living area is surrounded by a large tropical garden yard, secured from the street and arranged around a large swimming pool and jacuzzi spa. There is a large lighted parking area, double garage and additional parking space within the secured yard for a vehicle, small boat or ATV trailer.

The Palapa Grandé, large indoor kitchen, and two King bedrooms are within the main house, plus there are two nicely decorated Casitas: one a queen bedroom and the other can be a King or twins. Each Casita has a nice bathroom and shower. Surrounding the large swimming pool and jacuzzi is a spacious tiled outdoor entertainment space including dining and kitchen area with built in charcoal BBQ and great covered Tiki Bar surrounded by bamboo and palms. There is also a large ocean side patio with a round Palapa with seating and a private dock on the Bahia.

Guests are able to use and enjoy our entire spacious property, except for the unoccupied and secured Owners Suite on the second floor. This is where we keep our clothes and personal things. Please respect our home and property and treat it as you would your own home.
Other things to do:
There are several excellent beaches, restaurants, gift shops and cantinas nearby as well as dive shops and numerous boat charters available at Marina San Carlos. We recommend Fernando at Catch 22 or Bryan at Team Margarita for a personal sport fishing experience. There are three dive shops in San Carlos who rent gear, provide guided dives and sight seeing tours.

Dining: Breakfast at La Cabaca is hard to beat. We enjoy Tortuga’s, Colibrí’s and Cotidiano 1922 in the new Casa Maria Hotel for excellent dining. Casual dining and lunch with a great atmosphere, try Hammerheads, Palapa Griega and Mercado San Carlos. Specializing in seafood, Charley’s Rock, Los Arbolitos and Marisco el Rey, all on the main road. The best burgers in town are found at Jax Snax or the gourmet style at Boye’s Burgers. Best traditional Mexican food is Chuahua's and Tequilas. If you want great ice cream, Thrifty is the best.
