Park Avenue Residence is a newly renovated unit on the second and third floors of a two-family home. It is bright, sunny, and quiet, and walking is encouraged in the area. There is off-street parking in the back of the house. Guests will enjoy a 65" SMART television in the living room, and the master bedroom also has a 32" mounted television and Prana King bed. The unit is centrally air-conditioned, the kitchen is new, and it comes with everything anyone may want to have to cook a delicious meal. The floors are hardwood and have recently been refinished, and we do ask that all of our guests not wear shoes while in the unit. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be changed out to a Queen bed for those looking for a different layout.
