We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of thoughtful amenities that made our visit easy and relaxing. The location was fantastic—just a minute’s walk from downtown, making it convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very clean, Host available responsive if needed. Kitchen equipped adequately, Safeway very close if necessary. Air conditioning & grill a thoughtful addition. Only used both once but loved the amenity. Also an outdoor lounge area that is not in the pictures. Overall loved it during our time there. Great for visiting parents of Adams!

We stayed here last September (2025) and it was a good stay. We just stayed there again this past weekend, and it was a great stay!!! Several upgrades contributed to this!!New showerNew pots and pansNew cooking utensilsNew patioNew fence and gateAll of these made for a very comfortable place to call home while we were there!

This cottage ended up being much nicer than we expected & was absolutely perfect for our 2 day stay in Alamosa. It was immaculately clean, a great size, & an easy walk to restaurants. We walked at night, & the neighborhood felt safe. Bed was super comfy & the living room furniture & kitchen looked nearly new.
We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
