La ubicación y la cocina. Estaba bien climatizado y el salón era confortable

El baño, muy anticuado y pequeño, y la cama de matrimonio, en cuyo colchón te hundias hacia el centro. Además el soporte de la cama dificultaba mucho el hacerla cada día

Schoon appartement, maar oordoppen in

Op 15 min lopen van station, dus te doen voor interrailreizigers zoals wij. Rustige wijk.. Voldoende winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Appartement was schoon, bedden waren goed. Drie aparte airco's voor woonkamer en slaapkamers. Contactpersoon reageert snel op vragen via whatsapp.

Vreemde keukeninventaris. Er waren bijvoorbeeld twee snelkookpannen, vier cakevormen, drie percolators (?), één bierglas, geen wijnglazen, geen snijplank en geen waterkoker aanwezig. De flesopener en de kurkentrekker waren twee dagen onvindbaar (lagen in de cakevormen onderin een kast). Na mijn melding werden de volgende dag de ontbrekende items bezorgd, behalve een waterkoker. Water kon je alleen maar koken in een pannetje op de keramische kookplaat. Tip voor de eigenaar: vervang twee percolators door een waterkoker. Voor 12 euro zag ik er een in de kleine Proxi buurtwinkel even verderop. Het appartement is zeer gehorig. In de woonkamer hoorde je de tv van de ene buurman luid en duidelijk, in de slaapkamer kon je de tv van de andere buren horen, net als hun keffende hondje.. Ik kon niet zonder oordoppen slapen. De isolatie van de ramen is wel in orde.

Cerca de estación del tren. Buena comunicación con el host. Limpieza, espacio.

Edificio antiguo, un poco frío. Al encender calefacción central salía muy mal olor, costó quitarlo, pero se resolvió con calefactores. El olor fue lo peor.
