The location was excellent, right in the middle of the Old Town. The apartment was very clean, and the owners were very responsive and helpful. As a side note, the fridge had broken down shortly before our stay, but they were already aware of the issue and replaced it very quickly. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.
The only downside was the view, as our window faced an interior courtyard and there wasn't much to see. The property also has two other rooms, which I can't comment on since I didn't stay in them; they may have balconies facing the street.

The location is excellent. The room was very clean and we were able to check in early. Facilities were great
The pillows were too soft for our liking but it wasn’t a major problem.

Centrum starego miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Pokój ma wszystko czego potrzeba. Przed przyjazdem otrzymałem wszystkie instrukcje , włącznie z filmikami jak dojść do budynku i wejść do pokoju.

Everything about the room was great, had all the facilities you would expect, steamer, hairdryer, safe and coffee facilities. Was spacious, with a walk in shower, the bathroom was modern and again was great.
The staff were always contactable and gave great instructions on check in! Was a great stay and would recommend this room to anyone wanting to stay in Zadar, right in the middle of old town with everything a 2-5 min walk away.
Only thing I would comment on is the damp smell within a communal stairwell.
