It's about 15 minutes walk form the beach, is super quiet (unless you have loud ppl staying there, which we did)
Cleanliness was about 75%, and the deposit was held for over a month after checkout (and only communicated in French)

Le Confort et l’environnement !
La proximité de la plage, des commerces.
Le studio est géographiquement bien situé ce qui facilite la découverte de la région.
La porte d’entrée est très bruyante et mérite un petit réglage car elle claque au passage des occupants et il est difficile de faire la grasse matinée !
Une soufflerie extérieure perturbe la quiétude du jardin.

Location is great and room is nicely decorated
Host wasnt pleasant. Room was cold and they wouldn't raise the temperature. Parking was an additional 15 per day and you must put a 400 deposit plus clean your room before leaving.
