This is one of the best holiday apartments we have ever rented. It is spacious, bright, beautifully furnished and equipped and very comfortable. The views from the large windows and the balcony are superb as the apartment is on one of the higher floors. The air conditioning worked very well during a very hot period. Everything is modern and works well in the bathroom and compact kitchen, though the air fryer and electric hot plate were a bit tricky to operate at first.
The attractive, modern building is very secure and the elevator to the apartment is modern and feels safe. The access to the apartment itself is also very secure.
The friendly owner greeted us in person and answered any questions and messages very promptly.
The neighbourhood feels very safe and pleasant to walk through. The apartment is more conveniently located than might seem from a glance at the map; we travelled by train and it is a few minutes walk from the railway station, bus stop for FS services to Alberobello and Polignano a Mare, a good supermarket, pharmacy and other local shops and services. There appeared to be plenty of car parking nearby. The modern shopping area of the town is about 10 minutes walk away and the edge of the historic centre is a further 5 minutes beyond that.
We felt so comfortable here that we sometimes hardly felt that we needed to go out!

Lovely spacious suite. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Easy parking. 10 min walk to historic centre and marina, few mins to well stocked supermarket.
Well located for driving to other local tourist attractions.

Easily accessible , modern and very large apartment with a large usable balcony with a panoramic view of the water . Easy walking distance to the historic centre and plenty of parking across the road . The property had a lift as well .

Lovely clean unit. Host was friendly and accomodating.
The air conditioner just didn’t work properly our room was hot the entire time we were there which made sleeping uncomfortable
