The location is very good. Quiet neighborhood, 5min to public transportation and 30min walk to downtown. Grocery store downstairs.
The sofa bed is a bit rough.

The area is still under development, the builders and the crane start work at 6.00am. I rise early so this was not a problem.
The view across the city from the large balcony in the evening is quiet and relaxing .

إقامتي في السكن بشكل عام بأنها كانت مقبولة، حيث أن السكن كان متوفرًا فيه أغلب الخدمات الأساسية التي يحتاجها النزيل
لكن واجهت مشكلة تتعلق بسرير النوم، إذ لم يكن سريرًا حقيقيًا وإنما كان عبارة عن كنبة يتم تحويلها إلى سرير، وكانت غير مريحة للنوم.
كما أن اللحاف والمخدات كانت غير نظيفة وتصدر منها رائحة كريهة، وقد تواصلت مع الإدارة بشأن ذلك، لكن التجاوب كان بطيئًا، ولم يتم تغيير المخدات حتى نهاية الإقامة، مما أثر على جودة النوم والراحة آمل أن يتم أخذ هذه الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار لتحسين تجربة الضيوف مستقبلاً
