Great value for an overnight stop

Cosy overnight location close to the Tannay starting point for Le Boat

Outside court yard was a little grubby but after a good scrub it was a great place for outdoor dining

Convenient

Good position for us to get our barge. Warm. Quiet.

Sheets were smelly. 4 bathroom towels for 5 people. 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for 5 people. Fridge door wouldn’t close.

L'emplacement

Alors déjà, ça commence dès l’arrivée : la marche pour accéder à l’appartement est complètement cassée et très abîmée. Voir photo. Nous arrivons ensuite dans le salon. Les interrupteurs sont sales et celui du volet roulant est décroché de son emplacement. Après neuf heures de route, je souhaite simplement m’installer sur la banquette… et là, surprise : une équerre métallique sort du mur, à hauteur de tête. Un vrai danger. Si je m’étais affalé sur la banquette sans la voir, je pouvais facilement me blesser sérieusement, voire me retrouver avec l’équerre dans la tête. Ce genre de chose devrait être réglé immédiatement. Nous montons ensuite dans les chambres : poussière présente un peu partout et nombreuses toiles d’araignée. Honnêtement, j’ai de gros doutes sur le fait que le ménage ait été fait correctement avant notre arrivée. Je passe également sur le lave-vaisselle, que je n’ai finalement pas utilisé. Avant de pouvoir s’en servir, il aurait fallu relaver une bonne partie de la vaisselle : plusieurs verres étaient sales. Le réfrigérateur méritait également un bon nettoyage avant même d’y déposer quoi que ce soit, ne serait-ce qu’un simple saucisson. Et pour terminer, on nous avait demandé de laisser la maison dans l’état où nous l’avions trouvée. Chose que je n’ai pourtant pas faite : malgré tout, j’ai quand même pris le temps de passer le balai partout dans la maison avant notre départ. Je suis désolé si cet avis peut paraître sévère, mais je pense sincèrement qu’un gros nettoyage général, ainsi qu’une vérification de la sécurité et de l’entretien du logement, sont vraiment nécessaires. Le potentiel est certainement là, mais dans l’état actuel, l’entretien laisse franchement à désirer.
