The staff is simply fantastic. They speak multiple languages and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need, and when i say that i mean they TRULY go above and beyond, even with things that have nothing to do with the place itself. If needed, they’ll help you settle into the country and the city and make you feel at home. As for the rooms, they are spotless (the best I’ve seen in this type of services). They are cleaned daily, and you are given coffee, tea, and a small treat every morning. In addition to the private bathrooms, there is also a very clean and spacious shared bathroom. Also, the Wi-Fi works great, everything is clearly taken care of with a lot of attention. I came to Italy as a guy starting his first job abroad. It was almost an impulsive decision, and I honestly had no idea what to expect. Choosing this Airbnb ended up making me feel much more comfortable and secure about my decision. After spending hours travelling from Rome to Gubbio knowing barely any Italian, I suddenly found myself talking to the owner in my own language as if he had known me for years. He told me everything I needed to know about the town, offered to help me find somewhere to stay long-term if he couldn’t free up a room for me, and even brought some of his own garden tools when I needed help fixing a few things. That made my first week in Italy really nice. I knew that if I needed anything, there would be someone willing to help, and that at the end of the day i had a comfortable bed to go back to, that meant a lot. The only possible downside is having to climb about 30 steps to reach the rooms (of course i had no problem with it, but i understand some people could), but the owners (especially the young guy who lives there) are so friendly that they’d probably carry you up if necessary, im not even kidding

Lack of wall window. It has a great view but only roof windows so you can’t see anything.
