The check-in process was very straightforward. Clear instructions were provided in advance on how to access the key box and collect the keys, making our arrival completely hassle-free.
Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Every time we sent a message, we received a response within an hour, which was greatly appreciated.
The location is one of the property's biggest strengths. It's only about a 15-minute away from the Duomo di Milano, and there are several metro stations and bus stops within a 5–10 minute walk, making it easy to explore the city with minimal effort.
The street itself is quiet and peaceful, yet as soon as you step outside you'll find a great selection of cafés and restaurants, perfect for breakfast or for grabbing a quick meal after a long day of sightseeing.
We stayed at this B&B for five days. The location is excellent and very convenient, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience much more enjoyable.
The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable, and having an extra pillow would have made a big difference. The bathroom amenities also need attention. The hand soap dispenser contained only water, and the three shampoo bottles in the shower appeared to have been left behind by previous guests rather than being freshly provided.
When we arrived, each of us was given one bath towel and one hand towel. Unfortunately, the towels were never changed during our five-day stay. While I understand that daily towel changes aren't always necessary, having fresh towels at least once during a stay of this length would have been appreciated.
Overall, this B&B has a lot of potential thanks to its fantastic location, but paying more attention to comfort, cleanliness, and basic amenities would make it a place guests would be eager to return to.

Great location. Neat tidy and clean. Good location for restaurants. A cab ride is $40aud from the train station.
The let down is the black mould in the shower and washing machine rubber seals. Show broke but a good response to get fixed while I was out for the day.
