Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, abbiamo dormito solo una notte per un concerto all'ippodromo (che se può essere utile, dista solo 20 minuti a piedi, una sola fermata della rossa). La comunicazione con Asia è stata perfetta, l'appartamento era pulito e perfettamente come nelle foto. Zona sicura con molti parcheggi a strisce blu, con la fermata della metro a pochi minuti. La cucina inoltre era attrezzata e completa di tutto (compresa una lavatrice, in caso di bisogno). Il quartiere, inoltre, è pieno di bar, ristoranti e un comodo Carrefour a 50 metri. Sinceramente ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno breve.
Per la zona, comfort, pulizia e sicurezza della zona, voto 30 e lode. Se devo proprio scrivere qualcosa, non è il letto più comodo in cui abbia mai dormito, ma sicuramente è un dettaglio che non incide sul punteggio complessivo. Se tornassi ad un concerto all'ippodromo, senza dubbio ricercherei questo appartamento. Consigliato al 100%.

This accommodation was clean and comfortable. The host communicated well throughout my stay. Perfectly located on the public transport routes and convenient to the tourist areas. While I brought my own soap and had to download the instruction manual online to understand it's operations, I was able to do a small load of laundry.
As others have mentioned, the appliances don't fit into the outlets so I had to heat my water in the bedroom. The AC was nice to have but only seemed to cool the hallway. Thankfully it rained so the evening was cool and I just opened the windows instead.

Posizione. A due passi dalla metro. Alloggio pulito e funzionale.
Siamo in piena estate. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua... Avrei dsto un voto più alto all'accoglienza.. la confezione del caffè in polvere aperta, in malo modo tra l'altro, non si può accettare... Quasi sempre ormai, nei B&B, si trovano macchinette del caffè con un paio di cialde o capsule di benvenuto...
Si sente anche un leggero odore acre di gas, penso fuoriesca dal vetusto climatizzatore..
Per il resto nulla da dire... Alloggio un po' datato ma funzionale..

This property was fantastic. Well positioned for transport links. Not overly loud outside but close to places to eat and shops. Comfortable bed, with shutters to keep the light out. Air con. Lovely bathroom with a great shower. All round it was a comfortable stay and I loved it.
I will certainly try and stay here again on my next visit.
The only downside was that all the plugs were Italian 3 pin, which I hadn't encountered before. The kitchen tools were standard European 2 pin so I couldn't plug in the kettle.
There was an adapter in the bedroom so I just had to use that when I needed to plug something in. Not an issue, I just wasn't aware there was a different pin for Italy as I've never encountered it before.
