Décevant

Stephen a été très gentil, disponible et réactif tout au long du séjour, ce qui est un réel point positif. La maison est belle, avec une grande pièce à vivre propre et visuellement très agréable, qui impressionne à l’arrivée. Toutefois, il manque de la chaleur et surtout une amélioration urgente des sanitaires, des équipements et de l’entretien général est nécessaire. Un lieu avec un fort potentiel, mais qui nécessite de sérieuses améliorations pour offrir une expérience à la hauteur des attentes.

Séjour malheureusement décevant malgré le potentiel évident de la villa. Plusieurs points négatifs importants sont à signaler : • Odeur d’urine persistante dans les toilettes individuelles situées dans le couloir, rendant leur utilisation peu agréable. • Nombreuses coupures d’électricité : impossibilité d’utiliser les ventilateurs, le groupe électrogène disjoncte régulièrement et le réfrigérateur s’arrête également, ce qui est très problématique en période de forte chaleur. • Présence d’une machine à laver de 6 kg, ce qui est un point positif en théorie, mais avec les coupures d’eau et d’électricité, elle devient inutilisable. De plus, il semblerait qu’elle abîme les vêtements. • Les produits de première nécessité sont inexistants (sel, poivre, huile). • Accès à la villa très boueux : il est fortement conseillé de louer un 4x4. • Emplacement éloigné du centre : il est déconseillé de sortir le soir sans être accompagné d’une personne de confiance et sans véhicule, certaines ruelles n’étant pas éclairées. Concernant les équipements et l’entretien : • Absence de raclette dans la salle de bain alors que la douche et le lavabo se trouvent dans la même pièce. • Évacuation de la douche bouchée, entraînant une remontée d’odeurs d’urine. Sans raclette, l’eau stagne et inonde le couloir. • Toilettes avec forte odeur d’urine et traces jaunes visibles. • Couteaux non aiguisés et inutilisables, même après tentative d’aiguisage. • Aiguiseur électrique et micro-ondes non fonctionnels. • Piscine totalement inutilisable : sale, fond noir et remplie de bêtes. • Absence de parasol sous les transats, rendant l’extérieur difficilement exploitable par forte chaleur.
