It had a great layout, and it was spacious and good air conditioning if required, and very airy if required . All the facilities were perfect, and the location was not a big tourist hub and more of a local scene. As an active person the walking in the black river and surrounds were good, and a must is to see La Morne mountain and walk up it. The kite surfing is very good there if you like flying, as it is very windy on the La morne beach point.
The host Hans was very friendly and helpful and the man to ask anything if needed. There are a few decent restaurants in town, Enzos being my favourite.

Un véritable coup de cœur à l’île Maurice ! ❤️ L’appartement est magnifique, luxueux et incroyablement spacieux. Les chambres sont grandes et très confortables, la salle de bain également, et l’immense rooftop avec la piscine et la superbe vue est tout simplement exceptionnel.
Tout était facile, agréable et parfaitement pensé. On s’y est immédiatement sentis bien, au point que la maison nous manque déjà énormément ! Nous n’y sommes restés que cinq jours et, sincèrement, j’aurais très volontiers prolongé le séjour beaucoup plus longtemps. Une mention toute particulière à Hans, qui a été absolument formidable : accueillant, disponible et adorable tout au long du séjour. De tous les endroits où nous avons séjourné à Maurice, celui-ci restera vraiment mon coup de cœur. Un endroit où l’on a envie de revenir. ❤️
Il est vraiment difficile de trouver quelque chose de négatif tant nous avons aimé notre séjour. S’il fallait absolument mentionner un petit bémol, ce serait le fait qu’il n’y ait qu’une seule salle de bain à partager entre les deux chambres. Une deuxième salle de bain aurait rendu l’appartement absolument parfait. Mais cela reste un détail par rapport à tout ce que nous avons adoré. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

The appartment is quite big, so you have enough space to relax when you are not doing excursions or relaxing at the pool or on the roof terrace. The AC in every room functions smoothly, so the heat outside is never a problem. Beds are also quite comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to cook. There is a big supermarket in the nearest to shop everything you need. WiFi is also good in case you need to work. The best if the host. Victor is always available to solve any problem. He answer fastly and always provide a solution for any inconvenience you can have. Apart of that, the appartment is good located to do a lot of excursions to different places in the south of the island. In case you do not have a car, the appartment is also easy accessible.
