Central location
Large construction site 15feet away, 6 days a week, cockroach the size of 50p, couldn't check in time late afternoon, I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and can honestly say I wouldn't return, the old town has gone down in friendliness, not the same anymore, Funchal itself is absolutely magical, fantastic hotels along the coast would be more suitable, you get what you pay for,, fantastic overall stay,,
