Da localização, do quarto muito espaçoso e do tratamento da recepcionista Ina, super gentil e prestativa.
O serviço de bar e restaurante na praia.
Pedimos um risoto de frutos do mar, que deveria vir camarões e vongoles, entre outros. Veio apenas 1 camarão, e dos vongoles tinha apenas as conchas.
Devolvemos o prato e mesmo assim insistiram em cobrar e foram rudes. Nos xingaram inclusive com palavrões de baixo calão.
Depois passaram o restante dos dias nos olhando torto.

Die Lage, wobei der Strand voll, nicht sonderlich gepflegt und die Musik am der Bar laut war.

We had a great stay at Palladium Hotel. The location was amazing and we especially loved the easy access to the private beach with included sunbeds, which made the experience even more relaxing.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Ina, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. She truly made our stay even better. Highly recommended!
While the location and private beach access at Palladium Hotel were great, there were a few things I didn’t like during the stay. The villa was not as clean as expected and many items seemed out of place instead of being properly organized.
I also found it disappointing that the entire villa didn’t have even a small dining table. Personally, I think it would be much better to remove some of the extra living room seats and add at least a small dining area or mini table, which would make the space much more practical and comfortable.
