A Truly Elevated Living Experience!
Staying in this 74th-floor 3 BHK flat in Melbourne was nothing short of spectacular. The panoramic views of the city skyline, Yarra River, and surrounding landmarks were absolutely breathtaking—you can see the MCG, Federation Square, and the Arts Precinct all from your window . It honestly felt like living above the clouds.
The apartment itself was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and immaculately clean . With 1 master bedroom and 2 other decent sized bedrooms and a well-appointed living area, it offered plenty of room for the whole family. The floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the space with natural light and made every sunset feel like a private show .
The location is incredibly convenient, with Melbourne Central and Queen Victoria Market just a short walk away . Being in the heart of the CBD meant everything we needed—shopping, dining, and public transport—was right at our doorstep.
. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay .
If you want a stay that combines luxury, space, and the best views in Melbourne, this 74th-floor flat is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!
We were trying to access the premium building amenities, including the indoor pool, sauna, gym, and view point in 52nd floor for which we do not have access.

It’s small.. We booked with 4 adults and 2 young children and it’s extremely small. It’s had a lot of wear and tear which I understand as it’s a rental but it really needs a clean up. No bathroom towel rails, botch plaster jobs from previous holes in walls, marks all over the walls. It was very dirty, stains over the couch, rug and bedroom carpets. The main shower was blocked and overflowed into the bathroom during the stay.
