The bed was new and the sheets were ok.
The window that had no light as it was pointing to an interior hallway, the humidity in the room (there eas no way to change the air as the window didn't help), the design (very limited space in the room), the lack of space in the bathroom, the light in the bathroom that automatically turned off every 30 seconds.
