Czysto, schludnie. Dostępna pościel, ręczniki. Sprzęt do sprzątania (odkurzacz i mop). Winda, garaż z indywidualnym miejscem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, choć lodówka bardzo głośna. Dostępna pralka i klimatyzacja. Duże łóżko jednak z bardzo miękkim materacem.
Pod prysznicem przez źle zrobioną podłogę zbiera się woda pod ścianą. Bardzo słaba (praktycznie żadna) wentylacja w łazience.

Appartamento moderno e nuovo. Ottimo garage con ascensore direttamente sul piano appartamento.
L’appartamento non era ben pulito, i cestini dell’immondizia erano sporchi esternamente e non erano stati lavati. Il WiFi era molto scarso, si disconnetteva continuamente. Una tenda era rotta. Abbiamo scritto alla proprietà riguardo ai cestini, alla tenda e al WiFi non funzionante ma siamo state completamente ignorate. La posizione non era ottimale vista la distanza dal centro e dalla spiaggia, sconsigliato per persone con mobilità ridotta. Il letto era un divano letto con tutte gli interruttori elettrici lontani ed era scomodo scendere dal letto. Sarebbe da rivedere la disposizione dei mobili, poco funzionale (consiglierei divano letto vicino a finestra e tavolo vicino a cucina). Non c’era nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua e nemmeno the e caffè. Diciamo che è stato molto caro, considerando tutte queste cose, pagando più di 400€ per 3 notti.
