The host responds immediately and is highly professional and very helpful. The apartment itself is very tidy and well equipped. The shower and kitchenette are modern. The A/C works efficiently. Perfect for a couple of days long stay in Split, due to its location right in the city centre. Highly recommend.
Subjectively speaking, due to its limited size (we stayed in the smaller apartment of the two) it's perfect for a shortish stay, we'd recommend 3-5 nights top. Nothing we didn't like about it though.

This apartment was a dream! The location is perfect, in the old town. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, spacious, with AC!!! Kitchen was complete, well equipped, even coffee and tea! bathroom had everything we could have needed. The courtyard was lovely! The property was so responsive, sent check in directions a couple times to make sure I had them, answered my calls, messaged me back with answers to my questions. I misunderstood check out hours and they were so gracious! This place was a dream and I cannot recommend it enough. I hope we are able to return to this place if we are back in Split.
