La struttura è molto funzionale, attrezzata ed accogliente. Si trova ad un passo dal molo dove poter parcheggiare la macchina senza pagare e vicino alla piazzetta. Si trova in una posizione centrale ed è comoda per muoversi tra Alghero e Stintino.
Abbiamo avuto uno spiacevole inconveniente con le blatte. Colgo l’occasione di consigliare una disinfestazione, la messa a disposizione di più carta igienica e di specificare di accendere il boiler per l’acqua calda.

La ubicación era muy céntrica, al lado habían varios supermercados y bares donde tomar algo.
La pica se inundaba bastante y no podíamos ni fregar los platos ya que había bastante agua.
No es para nada culpa de la estancia, pero desde las dos habitaciones se escuchaba algo de jaleo ya que dan a una plaza y fuimos en días de fiesta.

Było czysto, wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja dobrze działała. Przestronne mieszkanie. Dobra pralka.
Lokalizacja przy samym rynku, okna wychodziły na plac, okna o bardzo słabej izolacji dźwiękowej. Nawet przy zamkniętych oknach było bardzo słychać muzykę i gwar z restauracji na placu. W piątek i w sobotę na placu odbywały się koncerty i głośne imprezy do północy, ale ludzi słychać było do 3-4 nad ranem, nie dało się spać bez słuchawek wygłuszających otoczenie.
