2 nights at the cosy home. The place needs uplifting. Creaky front door. Shower door needs attention

It was convenient for our purpose.

The fire alarm kept going intermittently. That was last Sunday at 10 p.m. Could not get in touch with Allison . A VERY NICE SECURITY OFFICER "RAQUEL CAME TO OUR RESCUE. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL. SHE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPA NY. HOLD ON TO HER.

Area lovely , but I wasn’t impressed with the caravan for the money .

The location is perfect as you are near the beach and the town . Also a walk away from a big tescos as there’s no shop on site . Good collection of pots and pans to be used .

There was no basic hygiene products such as toilet roll or kitchen roll or any type of cleaning products, there was no hand towels in any of the bathrooms . The only thing that was left was a fair liquid and a sponge with one towel . The beds had slats missing which made it very uncomfortable. The curtains were all stained. The shower door is basically hanging off . There were no batteries in any of the tv remotes for the bedrooms . There were rips on the quilt and dirty marks on the undersheet. The plates were dirty and had to be washed before using them as marks were all over them. There were no fans for hot days but I expected this from a caravan . The decor was ripped around the fire place and skirting boards .

Won't be booking with booking.com ever again

This was not the caravan we booked, we went by host directions only to find a old and rundown caravan, I phoned customer service operators at booking.com only to have phone put down on me as they didn't understand what I was telling them, and tried to email host but message would not go threw, when I got home I phoned booking.com customer service again to complain and once again the call was ended by booking.com customer service, I have sent a email but I don't hold up hope of receiving a reply.....
