They need to improve the food quality

Nice, spacious and immaculately clean suite. Friendly staff.

Staff communication in general needs improvement. We had to pay for car parking to the local shopping mall as Radisson Residences didn't have their own parking. Sorting out the car parking payment was a nightmare (eventually I had to pay by the hour instead of per day, for a 3-day stay), as the car parking seemed to be not their problem to sort out.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Neveen at guest relations was excellent and helped us feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good. It was a very good experience and I would recommend this establishment.

Cleaning could be better, and more thorough. Also they don't need to always be reminded before showing up to clean

The apartment was spacious

As a VIP member I should have been automatically upgraded but this did not happen. The Hotel entrance was undergoing work and it was like an obstacle course with no porters to be seen. In the evening the restaurant had no staff to be seen and I eventually had to go to reception to get any service. The food took a long time coming and was very average. The breakfast experience was terrible with a poor selection available, the staff were totally disinterested or simply ignored you. They did not even have breakfast tea available and when I asked twice I was told it was not stocked. So I went to my room and brought my own tea bags only to find miraculously that they suddenly had breakfast tea bags available by which time was obviously it was too late. I do not understand how an international hotel does not have staff who can communicate in English during breakfast. Even when checking out there was only one member of staff available clearly there is an issue of staffing at the hotel . During checking out I was asked what rating I would give the hotel which I found very strange as this is not I what I would expect to share with the staff. I did however explain the problems that I experienced and that it was a very poor stay. Shortly after , the general manager came to speak to me and apologised for the problems and that he would ensure that at my next visit he would personally ensure that everything went smoothly. However I am unlikely to stay at this hotel again due to the terrible experience.
