Location and property was perfect for what we needed - the bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in it all week 😃 Any questions were answered almost immediately.
There are quite a few stairs to access the flat but this wasn’t an issue for us but is some thing to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

L’isolation que ce soit pour la lumière (pas de rideaux à toutes les fenêtres) ou pour le bruit surtout avec les travaux qui ont lieu côté chambre
Il y a eu aussi un souci sur l arrivée on nous a donné le mauvais numéro d appartement, il n y avait donc pas de clés pour rentrer, nous avons dû attendre 3/4 d heure pour nous donné la clé de secours, en réalité des personnes étaient déjà dans cet appartement ce n’est que quand j ai rappelé pour expliquer la situation qu’on m’a dit à oui je ne vous ai pas donné le bon numéro, j ai eu droit à des excuses mais quand même … une grosse perte de temps

Nice apartment for London everything we needed thank you.
Little grumble toilet could have been cleaner and only 3 coffee pods for the whole weekend for 3 people 😩. Otherwise a nice stay.

Not great, the lock box was very stiff and it took me around 15 to get access
The bathroom was dirty - toilet and shower
