Location, short walking distance to amazing cafes and hawkers and beds were very comfortable. Very clean.
We stayed here twice between travelling around Sarawak. First time: the showers were cold, second time: hot showers. Road noise can be loud.

Staff were nice. Hotel is in a good area
The balcony door wouldn't open. The windows also wouldn't open. When I asked the staff why they wouldn't open i was told it was for safety reasons. We were on the 2nd floor and the window had a drop of maybe 3ft to the balcony.
The lift is dangerous. The doors will close on you if your not quick enough outta the lift. I have complained to the staff about the lift not sure if they'll take any notice
