The owner was thoughtful and provided me all the necessary information how to get in easily.
The area is great, easy to access, the building is easy to find.
The flat was lovely and clean, well set up, even with extra thoughful things, variety of shower gels and shampoos, coffee, tea... The owner is a lovely persob, even if we never met in person, this is sure from the flat.
The bed was comfortable, the right kind of hard/soft, the blankets were nice and smelled great, the pillows were comfortable. Big screen flat tv. The view from the flat was lovely, it is towards a park.
There is a great pizzeria 1 or 2 streets from the place where you can buy great huge pizzas, porcini with shrimps for example. - PiccoPollo
The toilet is a little bit squeezed into the corner, not so comfortable/easy to use if you are above 190cm.
The other things I would mention, are rather impractical but was never dependent on the owner of this flat, it is some things in the building, like the stupid set up of the corridor metal door, which if left open the elevator door bumps into it, it should be a left side door instead of the right side openable double door. It is just stupid. The elevator is a 2 person space, max 3, very much undersized for a tall building like this.
If you park behind the building in the small street, you will face the revenge of birds...a lot on your car.

Very cosy and lovely apartment that truly felt like home. Although small, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, the terrace was cute, and the entire place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The apartment was clean and warm, with enough warm blankets. We really appreciated the small details like the carpet and the two pairs of slippers (male and female) — it was clear that the hosts thought about everything.
We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again.
The bathroom is quite small, and we experienced an issue with hot water during our stay, but overall this did not affect the cosy and pleasant experience.
