It was located a bit far out of town but very close to good bud route and shops. Well worth it

It was perfect for my short visit. The room has everything you need, including coffee / tea station and TV with many channels. The shared bathroom is close to all the rooms, very clean, good shower. The Coke and bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch. The host sent me a WhatsApp straight after I made the booking and responded to my call when I had a query. Well serviced bus stops very close.
From the outside there are 2 doors - the one on left is marked "1" and the one on the right is marked "S" - I was in Room 5, my lock box was next to the "S" door so I figured that "S" was correct, but when the key struggled, I phoned the host to make sure. Needed to jiggle the lock a bit to get it open.
A great budget option means the room is a bit small (still better than a hostel!).

Very good location and great value lovely staff member showed me how to lock my door as its not obvious
Was advertised as having ac and this just isn't true. My room is very very hot. Also other people slamming doors at 7.30am on a Sunday wasn't helpful.

Location, just a 10 min drive to Cambridge
Soundproof (almost zero), no clean utensils and microwave, pillow cases uncleaned. The backyard untidy. Almost everything in the room it was DIY.
