Lots of space inside for a family gathering of three generations. Lovely outside seating area. Easy access to walks in the South Downs from the front door.

Cold upon arrival, kitchen sink tap broken and not fixed despite numerous requests, broken dishwasher, slow wifi, annex blinds not fully working, one fireplace not working, oven door couldn’t open properly

Beautiful setting, facilities, furnishings & ambience. Hosts have taken care to ensure everything is fitting, functional and appropriate to the building and surroundings. We had a wonderful family time making great memories having been able to get together from many locations for our stay in this wonderful property.

Great house, well equipped and spacious in a wonderful location in the Downs. Rural but with easy access to transport routes and amenities. Loved it.
