It’s always a little nerve wracking to book someplace states away, site unseen, but with this resort, you get exactly what you see in the pictures. It was a beautiful location and the cabin was incredible. We needed new batteries for the thermostat and it was so easy to contact the hosts/management company. They were responsive anytime I messaged them and immediately got us batteries. They were so kind and easy to work with. The cabin was decorated so cute and it was very clean. The bed was also super comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, too!
Honestly, I really don’t have anything negative to say. I would for sure stay here again and I will be recommending this to any of my friends and family that will be vacationing in Gatlinburg.
