Ants, ants, ants!

Close to the train station, it was very quiet and all the facilities worked.

Ants, ants and more ants. They were coming in from under the kitchen bench, the doors and this hotel knows there is a problem, I found the ant killer under the bench. Other issues were the place is advertised as a 34sqm 1 bed and its not. Max 10sqm studio. It also says the washing machine is in the apartment, its not and the customer service rep was reluctant to give me to code for the room with it in. Customer service was a joke. They would not acknowledge the problem of thousands of ants invading our room and blamed me for them. Be warned, when you book you start getting very direct emails about fines and extra charges. The day you check in the direct texts come with more fines and charges. Then there is the bed. It's soooooooo soft that if you roll to close to the edge you fall out of bed, otherwise you are rolling on top of each other all night. There are plenty of options in Lugano. Find something else.

Homey place in Lugano

Big and spacious room, and apartment is near the train station. Quite a well equipped place with privacy! Washing machine just next door, very convenient.

Floor was oily when we first entered, when we cleaned it it was soapy, seems like it has not been wiped properly. Was able to do limited cooking, as there were no oil, seasonings, baking paper. We had to put the quilt into the blanket on our own too.

Logement impeccable et fonctionnel dans un environnement tranquille.

Nous avons rencontré un problème assez gênant à l’arrivée : l’adresse donnée par l’établissement est extrêmement compliquée à trouver car le nom qui figure sur la plaque de la rue n’est pas celui indiqué sur les messages de Booking de plus le numéro de l’immeuble est le 5 alors que dans l’adresse indiquée c’était le 15. Le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Tout cela nous a occasionné du retard et des inquiétudes quant à la réalité du logement. Pour le reste, les lieux sont en parfait état propres et confortables. L’accueil était correct.
