Spacious, Comfortable, and Great Value but no lift

Very spacious rooms with two bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet featuring a Japanese-style bidet with a heated seat. Convenient location and excellent value for money.

The property is a bit old and could benefit from some updates. There is also no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

Affordable with a catch, not worth it in general

One of the more affordable properties around Namba/Denden Town, but there is a catch. The kitchen is rather well equipped and has a decent size fridge. Property is clean and beds are rather comfy. Check-in is fast and straightforward. Shared washer with provided detergent on the rooftop which is usually vacant

Starting from the worst, the location on booking's map is wrong (not fixed at the time of review)! The location provided in text is correct. This property is located 2 blocks east, right beside the highway and one of its exit, so it is very noisy. Next, there seems to be a leak in the sewage piping as there were urine smell every night. The room description is also wrong, there was no sofa bed in the living room. Lastly, the 2-bedroom setup seems to be 1 room split in half by a hollow wall. The soundproofing is non-existent. Worth noting that the property is accessible by flights of narrow stairs so avoid if you cannot carry your baggage or climb 2 floors up and down daily. You can consider another property from the same owner which is located on the first floor instead, and is also cheaper!
