I liked the ease of access via the keysafes.
The room was in the garden across from the house and this meant that the dogs had some safe outside space which was great.
The room itself was clean and comfortable and the shower was great!
It was very quiet and peaceful.
The room was quite 'full' with not much space available. The big sofa was lovely but it took up a lot of space.
Also there was practically no 'surface space' in the bathroom for anything, whether soap, flannel, toothbrush etc. That was inconvenient.
Parking nearby was not easy in the evenings. It is great that the parking is free, but I had to park a bit of a distance away. Which was good exercise.

Very clean, lovely room with everything I needed, comfortable bed and good black out blinds. Owner very friendly, helpful and responsive :)

The owner was helpful - giving me an extra blanket and explaining I could leave the free standing radiator on when I was out, as it was very chilly.
It was handy for the event I was attending
Although the bathroom is a decent size there's nowhere to hang your towel and the basin is so tiny there's nowhere to put anything!
Shower worked but the cable leaks badly just under the unit so less water comes out of the head!
Didn't seem to be hot water from basin tap
New bath mat needed as it's a trip hazard because it doesn't lie flat!
My room was an outbuilding about a metre from the smoking area - probably need to let people know this before they book!
