Мы провели 4 незабываемых дня в Historic Borgo Lake Como и остались в полном восторге.
Главное сокровище этого места — его невероятное расположение. Апартаменты находятся прямо на живописной набережной, в окружении величественных изумрудных гор. Здесь царит звенящая тишина и умиротворение. Вид из окна — это лучший «телевизор»: живописный пейзаж радует глаз, и на него просто невозможно насмотреться! Каждое утро мы просыпались под нежное пение птиц и тихое журчание фонтана, а вечера проводили у самой воды, наслаждаясь тишиной и ощущением абсолютной безопасности. Пляж находится буквально у порога!
Внутри апартаментов невероятно чисто, уютно и очень аутентично. Есть всё необходимое для комфортной жизни и даже больше:
Кухня оснащена безупречно, ощущаешь себя как дома. Хозяин оставил приятный презент — капсулы для кофеварки и оливковое масло.
Приятные мелочи: очень порадовало наличие тостера и отпаривателя (что редкость для апартаментов!).
Комфорт: постель очень удобная, высыпались идеально.
Минусы: маленький размер душевой кабины, но из опыта могу сказать что в Италии это не редкость.. Но это не повлияло на наш отдых, хотя людям более крупной комплекции можешь быть дискомфортно..
Немного волнительно было бесконтактное заселение-не сразу вышли с нами на связь и это заставило нас чуточку понервничать.. В итоге все было хорошо и настоятельно рекомендую несмотря на такое малое количество отзывов смело приезжать в это волшебное место !

Gutes und bequemes Bett.
Tolle Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß.
Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Besteck und Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden.
Dusche zu eng und klein.
Haustüren sehr eng, strenger Geruch in den Gassen vor der Unterkunft.
Aufgrund des Alters des Hauses riecht es etwas modrig.

Struttura deliziosa a un minuto dal lago ben tenuta e molto romantica. Le stanze pulite e ben accessoriate , vista stupenda . La struttura si trova a mio avviso in un punto strategico per vedere le diverse attrazioni del lago di Como.
Non dispone di parcheggio ma il personale tramite messaggio ti fornisce tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il posteggio. Chiudo ringraziando il personale che ci ha seguito in maniera premurosa sia da prima dell'arrivo che per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie in maniera chiara e tempestiva.
Grazie ancora allo staff.

The location was good, situated in a small village just a 20-minute walk from the port of Lenno, where the ferry departs. The view from the apartment windows overlooking the lake was stunning. The apartment was very quiet, apart from the rooster crowing in the morning, which actually added to its authentic charm. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was a decent size for two people.
Overall the apartment was fine, and I would rate it around 7.5/10, mainly because the price felt high compared to the quality offered. The biggest issue is the very tight and steep staircase, which makes access difficult, especially for anyone with mobility problems. The kitchen was also missing basic soap.
However, the main concerns were with the management, the check‑in process, and the instructions on how to reach the apartment. First, the registration process on the platform was very complicated: it asked dozens of questions and failed to recognize our photo on the first attempt, despite multiple tries. The instructions in the leaflet were somewhat confusing and did not mention the walking distance to the apartment or the steep, uncomfortable stairs. In addition, the parking was not clearly indicated. The management initially pointed us to a parking area that turned out to be mostly for residents. When we notified them, they said they needed to check with the property owner but did not reply promptly.
