Had an amazing stay here! The owner and his family were super nice and made me feel right at home. The location and facilities are both beautiful, and plently of activities by the water. If you’re staying in Guatapé this is the place to be!!!

Las instalaciones del lugar son muy lindas, la cabaña donde me hospedé me quedé que fue la 1 muy linda y amplia, lo único que cambiaría es la iluminación, es muy oscuro
El desayuno incluido me pareció bastante deficiente. Solo ofrecieron huevos y arepa literalmente y la arepa estaba fría, sin mantequilla ni sal. Preguntamos por otras opciones y no tenían absolutamente nada más. Además, el servicio en el restaurante fue lento y se notaba poca disposición por parte del personal para atender. Entiendo que sea un desayuno incluido, pero considero que debería ofrecerse al menos lo básico y con un buen servicio. También se evidencia que hay poco personal para atender adecuadamente.
