Clean room; autonomy; dirty refrigerator; poor communication at best regarding everything.

Breakfast? I had no idea there was breakfast as the directions and my arrival was not even acknowledged. There was no email contact to let me know anything or what was offered. Poor communication at best!, the cleaning was very pleasant cleaning crew, kind, and accommodating - Sol & Alicia....thank you. The site was also quiet and I appreciate being left alone.

Communication communication communication- it bares repeating please communicate promptly clearly and succinctly to your guests. The refrigerator in the common kitchen area , which I had no clue of was also filthy and loaded with moldy food- Which I took it upon myself to clean. Hmmm- maybe u should send a bill for my services since I was so so handsomely charged.

La habitación está bonita, la cama es grande y confortable, tienen aire acondicionado. La ubicación está buena también, cerca de la playa.

Puntos a mejorar: habían muchas hormigas en la habitación, el espejo era muy chiquito, y el dreno de la ducha estaba destapado. No fue tan fácil llegar, nos perdimos un poco, pero la chica después nos fue a recibir y llevarnos al hotel.

La habitación está bonita, la cama es grande y confortable, tienen aire acondicionado. La ubicación está buena también, cerca de la playa.

Puntos a mejorar: habían muchas hormigas en la habitación, el espejo era muy chiquito, y el dreno de la ducha estaba destapado. No fue tan fácil llegar, nos perdimos un poco, pero la chica después nos fue a recibir y llevarnos al hotel.
