Die unscheinbare Fassade lässt nicht vermuten, wie hoch modern, gepflegt, sauber und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet diese Unterkunft ist! Die Klimaanlage war eine echte Wohltat und ein Muss bei Außentemperaturen um die 30 Grad. Die Betten waren unheimlich bequem und die Bettwäsche so weich, wie wir es noch nie zuvor erlebt haben. Wenn man selbst kochen möchte, muss man mit einer Grundausstattung zurecht kommen, das Nötigste ist aber da (Gewürze, Öl, Schneidebrett, Pfannen, Töpfe). Toll war auch, dass es Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und sogar ein Bügeleisen und -brett gab. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Winziger Kritikpunkt: Es gab kein Schneidemesser, was das Schneiden von Gemüse mit Brötchenmessern etwas erschwerte. Die Parkplatzsuche in den vollen Straßen war manchmal nicht einfach, aber wir haben täglich Glück gehabt und immer einen Parkplatz in unserer Straße gefunden.

The apartment was perfect. Very stylish in every detail. It is original old building, so you don’t need to use A/C often, because it is naturally cool. The location is great to explore Terrasini and beaches by foot. The nearby beach is just 2 minutes walking. But also one more in 10 minutes. there are a lot of restaurants/cafes around. The terrace is stunning, we spend there great time every evening. Mauro the host was very helpful. My son locked our keys inside the flat and he came immediately to help us. Also you can always find free of charge parking space just in front of the doors. Highly recommend this apartment, hope to come back again

La vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai punti di movida serali, praticamente parcheggi l auto e puoi tranquillamente spostarti a piedi, la casa è praticamente perfetta, i tetti in pietra la rendono molto fresca a volte non necessita neppure dell aria climatizzata, dotata di tutti elettrodomestici, non c’è bisogno di portare nulla da casa, il proprietario persona molto professionale e gentile si è reso subito disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza e mette gli ospiti a proprio agio come fossero a casa loro, la consiglio ❤️

Excellent guesthouse!!!
Everything was spotless, clean and very well maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. On our first day, they even took us to a grocery store so we could buy food and stock the fridge, which was such a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
The location is absolutely perfect!! Restaurants are just a few steps away, shops are nearby and the beach is only a two-minute walk. Everything you need is within easy walking distance.
There is a lovely terrace on the second floor. Although it doesn’t have a sea view, it’s a wonderful place to sit and relax in the evening.
Parking is available right in front of the property. Just make sure to park on the correct side of the street to avoid getting a parking ticket.
The seaside is beautiful, especially at sunset. The views are absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights was watching the planes approach and land at Palermo Airport across the bay. It was a surprisingly spectacular sight and something we really enjoyed.
Terrasini is a fantastic place to stay, whether you’re planning to relax by the sea or use it as a base for exploring the rest of Sicily. Everything is close by, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the location couldn’t be better.
We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
