We had a great stay and found the property very comfortable and impeccably clean throughout. The pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing during the day, while the air conditioning, TV, kitchen facilities and beds were all excellent. It was also a lovely touch to find coffee pods, juice, iced tea, water and some snacks waiting for us on arrival.
The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we wanted. The property is towards the end of Marina di Modica, so I would definitely recommend having a car. The covered driveway is a great bonus for parking, and everything about the property made it very easy to settle in and relax from the moment we arrived.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would very happily return.
If we were really nitpicking, the bathroom could perhaps benefit from a little updating at some point. This is a very minor detail, though, and had no real impact on what was an excellent stay.

Wszystko nowe, basen świetny, salon duży, kuchnia przestronna. Ręczniki i pościel w dużej ilości , wygodne łóżka / materace dwuosobowe, duży taras, piękny i zadbany ogród. Łazienka zewnętrzna za domem była świetnym rozwiązaniem na większą ilość osób. Była duża i bardzo wygodna . Spokojna okolica. Gospodarze co parę dni zerkali na posesję , częstowali owocami i słodyczami dzieci .
Materace jednoosobowe mało komfortowe, ale chyba mają być wymienione na nowe. Mieliśmy parę małych nieporozumień z gospodarzami, ale udało się je jakoś rozwiązać. Niestety czuć było przez to lekki stres . Wokół basenu są kamienie chyba wulkaniczne. Bez klapek nie można chodzić. Ostre krawędzie. Nasze dzieci były starsze, ale przy małych może to być pewien kłopot. Lodówka z zamrażalka ECO przez co lodów nie dało rady zamrozić ( a ze sklepu przywiezione były w specjalnej torbie termicznej)

Het mooie zwembad! En de vele zitmogelijkheden rondom het huis.
Het zou fijn zijn als er in de slaapkamer wat haakjes of kapstokjes zouden zijn om kleren op te hangen. En ook een paar rekken voor je handdoeken, want met zes personen is daar in de badkamer geen plaats voor. En een grotere tafel op het terras zou ook fijn zijn. Verder alles uitstekend!
