Brilliant property. Spotlessly clean. Talented architect has designed a house with fantastic flow and light. Beautiful modern finishes with sliding doors from lounge that flows seamlessly onto a sparkling pool and patio with lovely sea view. Bedrooms have been designed to be private and away from living area. Spacious but not sprawling . Excellent bathrooms. Top air conditioning, hot water and kitchen facilities . Also the area is very good . Short, easy 10 minute drive to Rhodes Old Town and the city but out of the tourist chaos. I travelled with my family of 5 from South Africa for summer holiday in Europe and this house was the highlight. Great value for money . Also extremely professional and accommodating owners who were waiting to check us in when our plane was delayed to after midnight and who made amazing efforts to make our stay good. If you searching for outstanding accommodation in Rhodes, you have found it.

Gibt nicht viel zu beanstanden …. Leide eine Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe aber das kann man nicht beeinflussen und nimmt auch nicht den Charme der Villa

We had the most wonderful stay in the amazing villa at Linear Cabanon. Even though the villa it self was amazing, the best part about our stay was definitely the hospitality of the hosts, especially Maria who went above and beyond to make our stay with our daughter amazing. The hosts were quick to reply and very helpful. The villa has two big bedrooms, two very nice bathrooms and a living space that is great for spending time together. The facilities were very clean and the pool was amazing and cleaned as well.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of extraordinary – it truly surpassed every expectation we had! The photos on Booking.com were impressive, but seeing the villa in person was breathtaking. The minimalist architectural design is both striking and thoughtful, with every detail meticulously planned. From the large windows that flood the living room with natural light, creating an open and airy feel, to the inner gardens that add a serene touch, the villa is a masterpiece. The private pool was a highlight, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to unwind. The way the house is designed to capture sunlight throughout the day and use natural ventilation to stay cool is genius – it’s clear that the architecture was crafted with care and precision.
The villa itself felt like a luxury retreat, yet it was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making it ideal for our group. Despite being near other villas, the layout ensured complete privacy, making us feel like we had the place to ourselves. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay.
The hosts were incredible! They welcomed us like family, and their detailed guidebook was a lifesaver, packed with amazing restaurant tips and ideas for exploring Rhodes. They were always quick to help, even assisting us when we needed directions to a nearby beach. We can’t thank them enough for their warmth and for creating such a beautiful space. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single flaw – this was our best stay ever! We’d recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape near Rhodes’ best spots.
