La comida del restaurante estaba divina ,nos encantó a mi familia y a mi y la atención de los meseros fue excelente de igual forma la atención de la recepcionist@ fue rápida y eficaz resolviendo una situacion q se presentó a la brevedad..
No había toalla para secar manos en el baño y no hay teléfono para llamar a la recepcion.

Nos costó encontrarlo. Ya que no coincide el nombre del hotel . Con el rótulo que está afuera del hotel.

Breakfast was okay. The room was good size, clean and spacious
WiFi did not work in the room, only in the restaurant and lobby. For breakfast they give you a small cup of coffee and when you ask for a refill they charge you $50 pesos. The restaurant did not have change to give me when I purchased something on two occasions. We stayed four nights and on the last day they told us that we couldn't have breakfast

The breakfast by the pool was nice.
No one spoke or understood English very well. They charged $5 for 4 days of laundry. Second time they handed me wet clothes after waiting all day for them. The clothes stunk from the water they used. It was VERY loud some band was playing out by the pool. Pool was always crowded so I never used it.
