Un appartement sympa et bien situé

Appartement fonctionnel situé au 8éme étage, bien équipé avec une petite terrasse face à la mer où la vue est superbe. De nombreux rangements à dispostion, cuisine assez bien équipée et grande chambre fonctionnelle et confortable. Salle d'eau correcte avec lave linge dispo. L'appartement dispose d'une climatisation, bien utile lors des fortes chaleurs comme actuellement. Deux ascenseurs sont accessibles et spacieux Sur l'avenue qui borde la plage, de nombreuses places de parking gratuites mais vites prises d'assaut en période estivale.

Le nettoyage pourrait être amélioré : sol qui "colle" et vitrage pleins de trace de doigts. Protége matelas et oreillers tachés à certains endroits.
